Load Star Homes

Loadstar Homes was founded in Drayton Valley in 1978 by Eric Spice. Since then, the company has built quality homes in and around the Drayton Valley area using local, dependable Drayton Valley trades to aid in construction. Family roots of this company still stand, with Eric working alongside his two sons, Craig and Kevan.

Realizing that building a home takes time, throughout that process, Loadstar Homes tries to build a relationship with their customer. After 34 years in business, this family-owned company has created and sustained many bonds between the people they have built homes for.

Loadstar Homes is also a strong community supporter. They have been a founding father of the Drayton Valley Thunder AJHL hockey team, and have also lent a hand to these local organizations: Drayton Valley Legion, "Rotary" Thunder in the Valley Drag Races, and the Drayton Valley Community Foundation.

Peak Homes

 Peak Homes Ltd. is a family business owned by Martin and Lindsey Hewer in Drayton Valley, AB.
We are a member in good standing with Progressive New Home Warranty.
Martin was raised in the construction industry and from a very early age he worked alongside his father. Martin would later apply these skills to building and renovating his own homes and since 2013 has taken on building quality homes for others as his full time career.
We are very proud of the quality workmanship that we and our trades accomplish. We endeavour to build each and every home to the highest quality standards, we would never build a home that we would not move our family into.
